City approves $37 million FY 2021 budget

The mayor and council of the City of Elberton approved a budget of more than $37 million Monday night for the upcoming 2021 fiscal year, with over 60 percent of the budget going towards the Combined Public Utilities System. The total $37,245,624 budget, which is around a 2.
