Superintendent says school system aims to start back Aug. 5

Elbert County School Superintendent Jon Jarvis told the Elbert County Board of Education Monday night that the school system is gearing up to start on Aug. 5. That is the date the school system was scheduled to begin classes for the 2020-2021 school year.
