City of Bowman imposes 90-day moratorium on new construction

Driver suffers gunshot to the head on Harper's Ferry Road

City council approves square concept

The Elberton City Council voted unanimously to accept a conceptual design for the Elberton Downtown Square Renovation Project, moving the project into an exploratory phase where the plans will be finalized and a cost will be determined.
