County, school board to hold millage re-do hearings today

Raiders finish first, second in Hartwell meet

The Elbert County Raiders brought home a first-place finish and a runner-up finish at the Hart County Raider Meet in Hartwell Sept. 23.

Homecoming court prepares for ‘Starlit Night’

Homecoming activities at Elbert County Comprehensive High School (ECCHS) are underway and the students are eagerly waiting for the crowning of the 2023 Homecoming Queen during Friday night’s football game. The theme for this year’s homecoming is “Starlit Nights.
CJ’s Karate student Jase Bell took home the trophy for winning the fighting division at Kyu Fest in Charlotte, North Carolina for the second year in a row. Bell is the son of Robbie and Kathy Bell.
