Fairgoers were all smiles as they were spun around and scrambled on rides during the Elberton 12-County Fair Monday. The fair began its 90th year Oct. 19 and will continue operating through Sunday, Oct. 29. The fair is open weekdays from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from noon until 11 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. (Photos by Wells)
