The Elbert County Comprehensive High School (ECCHS) FFA Chapter will hold their annual spring plant sale Monday, April 11 through Friday, April 15 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day.

Forum to be held April 19, voter registration deadline April 25

The last day to register to vote in the May 25 primary election is Monday, April 25. Voter registration can be done online at registertovote.sos.ga.gov, by calling the Elbert County Registrars’ Office at 706-283-2012 or by downloading the “Georgia Leads” app.
According to the United States Census Bureau’s data from the United States Census for the year 2019, 5,676 people in Elbert County’s workforce leave the county for work while 3,197 people in Elbert County live and work within the county. The data also shows that 2,380 people that live in other counties enter the county for work. Elbert County Comprehensive High School senior Kristopher Carter was one of just 14 students from all age groups across the state to win the Georgia Music Educators Association’s (GMEA) highly competitive composition contest in January.
