Elbert County Comprehensive High School (ECCHS) freshman Leah Higginbotham was crowned Elbert County’s first Grand Champion of the Junior Commercial Dairy Show at the 2022 Georgia National Fair Oct. 11. Higginbotham won the championship with her Holstein Dairy  Heifer, Willow.
