Keep Elbert County Beautiful and the Elbert County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the feather monument in front of the Elberton Civic Center Tuesday, Nov. 8. Along with the ribbon cutting, KECB also unveiled its new self-guided Granite Art Trail brochure, available inside the Civic Center.
