Lady Devils finish third in region, will see Social Circe in playoffs

The Lady Devils tennis team finished in third place in Region 8A Division 1 after defeating Commerce on Wednesday in the region tournament hosted at Elbert County Middle School.

Golf team wins inaugural Border War

The Elbert County Blue Devils and Lady Devils golf teams showed they have the upper hand on their rivals as they defeated both Hart County and Franklin County in the inaugural Border War tournament held April 9 through April 11.

Soccer teams to see Social Circle in first round of GHSA state playoffs

Elbert County’s Blue Devils and Lady Devils soccer kicked off first-round playoff action April 16 as they both were scheduled to travel to Social Circle for the start of the GHSA State Playoffs. The Devils and Lady Devils both earned the No. 4 seed out of Region 8A Division 1.

Diamond Devils get back on track with sweep of Barrow

The Elbert County Blue Devils secured a third-place finish in Region 8A Division 1 after sweeping Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy in a three-game series last week.

Tennis teams set sights on playoffs

The Elbert County Blue Devils and Lady Devils tennis teams competed for a region championship this week as Elbert hosted its first region championship at the new tennis facility constructed at Elbert County Middle School.

Track teams to continue season in Homer

The Elbert County Blue Devils and Lady Devils track teams are scheduled to continue their regular season this week as they travel to Homer for the Banks County Home Meet April 12 after three weeks without a meet.

Lady Devils to compete for a playoff spot

The Elbert County Lady Devils soccer team is set to fight for a playoff spot as the they are scheduled to see Commerce at home tonight with two region games remaining in the 2024 season.

Lady Rams to play in Tallulah Championship

After a successful 2024 season that saw a third-place region finish in a highly competitive region, four Elbert County Lady Rams golfers were invited to compete in the Tallulah Championships hosted by Tallulah Falls Middle School in Helen this afternoon at Valhalla Resort and Golf Course.
The Elbert County Comprehensive High School slow pitch softball team includes Hannah Brady, Gracie Brady, Emily Booth, Kamryn Webb, Miller Drake, Bellamy Nash, Peyton Jenkins, Erica Christian, Jayda Wood, Casey Peters, Madison Dye and Audrey Lunsford. Slow Pitch to see Beach in first round

The Elbert County Lady Devils slow pitch softball team are scheduled to face off with Beach High School of Savannah as they kick off the first round of GHSA Sectional 1  April 10.
