The debt secured by the above-referenced security deed has been declared due because of the default in the payment of said debt per the terms of the note and other possible defaults by the borrower or the successor thereto. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the debt and all expenses of this sale including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).

Notice is hereby given in compliance with Georgia Code 22-2-109 and 32-3-5 that the Georgia Department of Transportation has approved the Location and Design of this project.
The date of location and design approval is: March 25, 2024
The proposed Local Bridge Project will replace the substandard bridge (Structure No. 105-5039-0) on CR 448 (Calhoun Road) at Little Beaverdam Creek in Elbert County. The project is in the Georgia Militia District 197 & 315. The approximate project length 0.2 miles. The project is located approximately 9 miles northwest of the City of Elberton and is not located within the city limits.
The total proposed bridge length is 160 feet and 30 feet wide (26 feet and 9 inches from gutter to gutter). The proposed roadway width varies from 6-10 feet and a total rural shoulder width varying from 6-10 feet with a 2-foot paved shoulder. During construction an off-site detour will be required, and the estimated construction duration is 12 months.
The Georgia Dept. of Transportation would be responsible for acquiring property rights for this project.
