All that tract or parcel of land, along with any improvements thereon, lying and being in the 201st G.M. District, Elbert County, Georgia, known as Tract 3 and containing 1.200 acres, more or less, and being bounded now or formerly on the southeast by lands of Catawba Timber, on the southeast by Tract 4 and lands of Harry Hancock, on the southwest by lands of East Highland Company, and on the northwest by lands of East Highland Company, and on the northwest by lands of Ricky Herring.
