Mainstreet Elberton’s first annual Spring Festival Saturday, April 9 was met with frigid temperatures and even a little sleet. While the temperature and weather cut the festival short by a few hours, it didn’t stop bundled up festival-goers (L-R) M.J. Bradford, Kahlil Strong and Kenzie Bradford from enjoying a cup of shaved ice from the Kona Ice truck.
