An ‘Ocean of possibilities’ and new friends

    The show included a collection of parrots from South America and Africa and was part of the library’s summer reading program. Wheeler said 43 children and their guardians were in attendance during the show and all loved meeting the birds. The summer reading program continues at both the Elbert County and Bowman Public Libraries.
