Authority will select Dobbins

Development authority meeting Thursday to hire new developer 

Development Authority of Elbert County, Elberton and Bowman Chairman Greg Gunter announced last week that the authority will meet Thursday at 10 a.m. to hire Daniel Dobbins as president/CEO.
