Elbert County Comprehensive High School senior Georgia Phillips (center) was crowned Miss ECCHS 2024 during the annual Miss ECCHS pageant Saturday, Feb. 3 in the Elbert County Middle School auditorium. Senior Cile Hall (right) was the first runner-up while freshman Lila Layne (left) was the second runner up.
