A proposed design, submitted by property owner Aubery Lunsford, shows a plan for 12 poultry houses on a parcel located off of Georgia Highway 17 in Bowman. Mayor Roberta Rice said Monday night that the entire parcel will not be cleared, only the area around the houses.
