The Elbert County Comprehensive High School junior reserve officer training corps (JROTC) hosted their annual JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge summer camp May 30 to June 2. Cadets received an opportunity to fly in a UH-60 Blackhawk from an Army National Guard unit based out of Winder.
