Armour selected to address fellow graduates during Iowa commencement

Elbert County native Carly Armour (right) was selected out of 400 doctoral graduates to give remarks during the Graduate Doctoral Commencement Ceremony at the University of Iowa May 12. Armour was also honored just days before her graduation with the University of Iowa Center for Inclusive Academic Excellence Dean’s Achievement Award by the Graduate College and the College of Education.
