Pilot Daniel Graves made this photo possible last week as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) conducted a required test of the spillway gates at the Richard B. Russell Dam on the upper Savannah River. The test ensures the gates work properly and can be activated in the event of an emergency.
