Mayor 'censure' worthy?

Bowman council called meeting will focus solely on need for censure

The Bowman City Council will hold a called meeting in two weeks in which the agenda will be devoted solely to proving that Mayor Betty Jo Maxwell is worthy of a council censure. Council member Clay Rooker said Maxwell deserved to be censured because she has violated her oath of office and that she has engaged in misconduct while in office. Rooker suggested that the council's personnel committee form a committee to investigate the charges he made against Maxwell.
