Probation slows bond hearing

Peterson convicted for family violence crimes, Jennings was victim

William David Peterson, 19, charged in the January 2018 shooting death of 86-year-old Otha Perrin, was on probation for an arrest in 2017 in which he was charged with false imprisonment, simple battery, criminal trespass and cruelty to children. The victim in the 2017 arrest of Peterson was Savanna Jennings, 19, the granddaughter of Perrin. Jennings has also been charged with Perrin’s murder. (Photo by Best)
