The Elbert County Comprehensive High School JROTC program, the ECCHS Marching Blue Devil Band, the ECCHS Chorus and supporting ECCHS student body and faculty played hosts to local military veterans during a program at the school’s gym Monday morning to commemorate Veterans Day. Among the guests were (left) World War II veteran Jesse Burdette program by his son, Ralph (right). There was also a tribute at the event to JROTC students who will be going into the military at the conclusion of the school year.
