MollerTech, a German company that provides auto parts to manufacturers world-wide, has fulfilled its obligation to the Development Authority of Elbert County, Elberton and Bowman, according to Economic Developer Rusty Warner.
In accordance with a bond agreement between the authority and MollerTech, the German company is now “100 percent back on the county tax digest,” Warner told the development authority last week.
“They have been released from their bond,” said Warner. “They are free-standing, and they own the building, the property, everything.”
